Holiday Dinner Recipe: Christmas Wassail

1 gallon apple cider
1 quart orange juice (pure)
1 cup lemon juice
1 quart pineapple juice
24 whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
1 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients and simmer over very low heat for 1 to 2 hours. Serve warm.

Yield: 1 1/2 gallons (too much for my biggest stock pot!)
