Recipe: Grandma Rita's Frozen Sweet Corn

12 cups corn, cut from cob (uncooked)

1/4 # (1 stick) margarine

1 T. sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup water



Mix all together. Bring to a boil on high. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.  Cool on cookie sheets. Put into Zip-Loc freezer bags, removing all air from bag. Freeze bags flat on cookie sheets.
